Hailing from the Chicagoland area, Marissa Cohen is a graduate of Herron School of Art & Design, with a B.F.A. in Illustration and Visual-Communication Design. Marissa works under an multidisciplinary practice of various 2D and digital mediums. Currently, her focus is on observational drawing and comics. She still holds her pencil in a fist after eventually getting her schoolteachers to relent on her grip.
